In the Virgo Constellation, at two thirds of the distance between Denebola (Leo's Tail) and Spica is the Virgo Cluster, a huge Galaxy Cluster. Our Milky Way is part of that cluster. You must have at least an 8 inch reflector to see the galaxies.
The Sombrero galaxy, Messier 104, is a great object to observe and is very impressive to watch. It is also part of the virgo cluster. Visible with binoculars, easy to locate, you'll have a great time observing it.
Leo is a very impressive constellation. It's Spring's king, as well as the jungle's king. Other Messier galaxies are also located under the lion. It really is an easy target. M 105, M 95, and M 96 can be seen in the same field of view when low magnification is used. This is the same for the couple M 65, M 66.
