About

Hello
My name is Clement Combier, and I'm a year old student currently taking a scientific Baccalaureate in the EABJM International Bilingual school in Paris, France. I have a passion for both astronomy and the internet.
I was born in Montreal, Candada from French parents, and was immediately emerged into an anglo-saxon environment, which built my first steps to bilinguism. After moving to Spain, where I went to a British private school, I got to go to the Franco/American International School in which I am today.
I've always liked science ever since I was a small kid. My sudden passion for astronomy, which started in mid 2006, was reinforced when I bought my first telescope, an 8 inch dobsonian, which I still use today as often as possible.
I took a one week training course in the LAS, the astrophysics and space laboratory in Marseille France, where I learnt a lot of interesting things about the sky, and which allowed me to create a pretty realistic picture in my mind of how working as a professional astronomer is.
Later in life, I plan on becoming either a physicist, working on subatomic particles and forces, or becoming a cosmologist/astronomer and track down the origins of the universe. To achieve this, I am taking my baccalaureate with the international option and a speciality in physics. Working very hard in all subjects I will try to get to the best university I can.
I hope you enjoy this website and find it helpful.
Clement
